Phil is an improviser and performer in Toronto who has trained with Bad Dog Theatre for many years in both short- and long-form improv, as well as performing for four years at the Canadian Improv Games. Currently, you can hear his voice on the podcast Civilized as Al or see him in the backrooms of various bars and comedy clubs in the Greater Toronto Area.
